The UK Noise Association has released the latest edition of its newsletter, “The Bottom Rung.” Members of Quiet Communities have joined John Stewart, a leader of the UK Noise Association, in a number of webinars that he has conducted on noise pollution and we know this newsletter includes articles that will be of interest to our readers.

Here are just some of the topics covered by the latest newsletter:

  1. Tackling noise in hospitality;
  2. Noise levels from venues worldwide using Soundprint app;
  3. Human-made noise harming dolphin communication; and
  4. China’s efforts to curb night noise.

I would also suggest that readers go to the UK Noise Association website to learn more about the organization and its activities.
