Today, March 3, is World Hearing Day. This special day was set aside many years ago by the World Health Organization to to raise awareness on how to prevent deafness and hearing loss and promote ear and hearing care across the world.
Each year WHO selects a theme. This year’s theme is Hearing Care for All. And in conjunction with World Hearing Day, WHO will release its first World Report on Hearing.
We will let you know more about that after we’ve had a chance to read it.
