Our friends at Hyperacusis Research posted this video about an unfortunate young woman who developed hyperacusis after a misguided attempt by a friend’s stepfather to teach her manners by blasting an air horn at her ear because she was talking on the phone at the dinner table.
I’m not an attorney, but to me that seems like child abuse or assault.
But that’s not up to me. What’s up to me, and to you, is to help find a cure for Cindy’s hyperacusis and the many others who have it.
