I had written before about the International Commission on Biological Effects of Noise adopting the new definition of noise for its use, but now it’s constitutional. What do I mean? Not the U.S. Constitution, but I was notified by an ICBEN leader that the new noise definition was inserted into the revised Constitution of ICBEN in October.
Now all I have to do is convince dictionary editors to update their definitions of noise to include the new definition.
